COMMISSION STATUS: OPEN 5/5

My Commissions are for Personal Use Only unless we have discussed and agreed on the Commercial usage of the artwork.
Prices are subject to change based on the demand and the complexity of the work.
I have the right to reject any commission request that I'm not comfortable with.
You may not remove my signature from the commissioned artwork.

The Currency accepted is USD and can be sent through Paypal. I’ll send an invoice after I accepted the request.
Commissions can be paid in two (2) options; Full Upfront or Half/split 50% upfront and 50% later. (I will only send the finished commissioned work files once I received the full payment.)
Full/Partial Payment must be sent within 2 weeks after the invoice is sent. I'll cancel the invoice and the slot will be open again if the payment is not sent within the given time period.
Refunds are NOT allowed once I have started working on the commissions.
If for any reason that I cannot start your commission, you will get a full refund.
If you cancel your order before I started working on it, you will get a full refund.
Do NOT request a Paypal chargeback if you’re getting a refund. I’ll transfer the money back myself.

The time it takes me to finish your commission varies from 1 day - 4 weeks. Depending on the type of commission you order and the factors such as health, other work, the complexity of the artwork, and emergencies/important occasions.
After I receive the payment, I'll start working on the commission. I will send watermarked progress shots (screenshots) for approval to make sure everything is correct, and I can continue the work.
A fee will be added if you want to change something on the final artwork. A fee might also be added if you want to change something you previously approved on the progress stage (Sketch, line art, base colors).
Once I finished the commissioned work and the Full Payment has been sent, I will send you the files through email/downloadable link.

I, Vany Roz (the artist):
- I retain all copyrights over the commissioned artwork.
- I reserve the right to cancel and refund the order at any time for any reason.
- I will NOT profit further from the commissioned artwork unless you (the commissioner) break any of the terms.
- I have the right to post the commissioned artwork on my Social Media accounts and use it on my portfolio.

The Commissioner/Customer:
- You may upload the commissioned artwork online/on any of your social accounts.
- You may use/give the commissioned work as a gift or give it to other people.
- You may NOT make profits from the commissioned work (reselling, redistributing, uploading on POD sites, merch etc.) or use it for commercial purposes. Unless we have discussed and agreed on Commercial Usage of the artwork.
- The commissioner/customer may purchase Commercial Usage for the commissioned artwork any time. (Except for fanarts)
